Our return and exchange policy is valid for 3 days. If you do not submit a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving the goods, we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please read the following conditions carefully:
Application Time Limit: If you find a quality problem with the product, you must submit your application via email or our customer service channels within 3 business days of receiving the goods. Applications submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.
Product Condition: Products requested for return or exchange must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and retain all original packaging, accessories, and labels.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used, worn, or installed products.
Customized products (such as USB flash drives, SD cards, etc. with customized logos), one-time sealed products (such as opened software, memory cards, etc.).
Products with problems caused by improper customer use, human error, or failure to follow the instructions.
Refund Process
Submit an Application: Please submit your return/exchange request via our customer service email supermemory.tech@gmail.com or through the website contact form, including your order number, product name, and a description of the problem.
Review and Approval: We will review your application as soon as possible after receiving it and notify you via email whether the return/exchange is approved.
Return Product: After approval, please return the product to the address we designate. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
Exchange: We only offer exchanges for products with quality issues or incorrect shipments. If you need an exchange, please contact us via email at supermemory.tech@gmail.com.
Important Note: All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions (e.g., used, or after the 3-day application period), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
